Ever since the Lathem report was published, the construction industry has been interested in partnering, the shared benefits which can be gained from teamwork, co-operation and trust between Contractor and Subcontractor. We as a Company embrace this philosophy, as we have to develop trust and co-operation in order to meet the Contractors needs. We would like to be in a position to negotiate repeat business.
We extend the benefit of our knowledge of our trades in the construction process, offering cost effective solutions where possible. We listen to the contractor’s requirements, programmes of work and take a flexible “can-do” attitude. It is important to us that whilst working on site that the areas, units, in which we are working, are kept tidy, safe and presentable. It is also important that we complete our subcontract works on time, to programme and with a high quality finish. We aim for a zero tolerance for snagging and defects.
